additional version information from git
Uses some git magic in the Makefile to append additional
version information when building from a git tree
by overriding CPPFLAGS.
Guards the definition of GKRELLMBGCHG_VERSION in gkrellmbgchg.h
against multiple definitions when the above mentioned additional
version information is used.
