final-byte-array-for-ip-addresses

This tag represents the last version of the Ganymede source tree
before I transition the representation of IP addresess from naive Byte
arrays to encapsulated IPwrap objects.

This is an incompatible change for pre-existing Ganymede custom
DBEditObject plugin / BuilderTask code that deals with IP addresses,
so this tag marks the last place that such plugins/builders will work
without being revised.
