Fix GFCode CSS and use <cite>
b > b has been replaced with blockquote > cite for quote headers.
.message .fquote is still in the CSS (only for the general box styling,
though) because for some reason it still exists in older posts made
before the change to <blockquote> (and it's still listed in GameFAQs'
CSS alongside blockquotes).
