First basic version with all main features included.
Manual page listing and rendering is implemented.
There are severals TODO's for the next release, mainly
lazy ressource loading on the page listing. Bullet
rendering is also a task for the next release.

For the future, I have to test the addon on other
operating systems than OpenBSD and add customization
to the rendering.
